Refund policy
All DP Saddlery items have specific return policies and guidelines that are listed on the bottom of this page and referred to as an "item specific" return policy.
All sales of Consigned Art or Crafted items are final and non refundable. Please contact us and we will be glad to provide all contact information to you on how to reach the consignor if you have any concerns with the item. Consigned items are not owned, or guaranteed by SS Saddlery. SS Saddlery will not process any refunds or returns of consigned items.
Online Purchases: Qualifying items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as your product qualifies for all item specific return policies and is not a reduced item. Reduced items do not qualify for refund or return and are sold as is, nonrefundable, non-returnable, and the sale is final. Shipping charges for online purchases are not refundable. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ssfarmandsaddlery.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Online Items received with damages or issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Online Purchase Refunds : If your purchase was approved for a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In Store Purchase Refunds : Qualifying items can an be returned to store within 30 days with receipt, as long as your product qualifies for all item specific return policies and it was not a reduced item. Reduced items do not qualify for refund or return and are sold as is, nonrefundable, non-returnable and the sale is final. All refunds will be credited back to the purchase method, or store credit will be given. Please remember to bring in the card used in the original purchase.
Cash refunds over $100 will be given by check only.
No credit, debit, or check refunds will be given until the funds have been processed and credited to SS Saddlery.
DP Saddlery Product Return Policy : DP Saddles and equine tack products are subject to a 14 day return policy. All DP Saddlery product returns will be inspected and are subject to a cleaning fee when applicable. SS Saddlery reserves the right to apply the cleaning fee, and set the amount of $50 or more, to any product we determine to need cleaning or repair.
All saddles and tack must be returned in like new condition. If any alterations, such as adjusting the wool flocking are made, the item will no longer be returnable.
All Custom ordered tack is subject to pre-approval before returning. We will make sure that you know and understand if your custom saddle order will be an “as is” non-returnable item, or one that you can return. This will be discussed before your order is submitted, and will be reflected in your purchase invoice.
